120g Peanut Butter
35g Egg whites
30g Protein Powder (I used a peanut flavour)
Optional (I have a sweet tooth so I added 2 tablespoon of Truvia as well! )
Preheat oven to 170 C (Fan)
Line a baking tray with baking paper .
Combine the peanut butter, protein powder and egg white until a dough like ball forms .
Divide the dough into 16 mini balls and place on your baking tray. Gently flatten each cookie ball with the palm of your hand or a fork.
Bake in the oven for approx 8 minutes
When the cookies have finished baking leave them on the tray to cool down as they are pretty delicate and can break easily when hot .
The cookies will crisp up as they cool down !
