On that shred for summer? You don’t need to miss out o BBQ’s in this glorious weather. Heres a recipe sure to hit everyone’s macros whether you’re counting or not!
400g Lean Turkey Mince
2Tbsp Sweet Chilli Sauce
1Tbsp Soy Sauce
4 Spring Onions (Finely Chopped)
1Tbsp Lime Juice
Salt and Pepper to taste.
Mix the turkey mince, sweet chilli sauce, soy sauce, ginger, garlic, lime juice, spring onions, coriander and salt and pepper until well combined. Form into four burgers (the mixture will be quite wet, although this will result in moist, juicy burgers).
Preheat the grill to hot. Arrange the burgers on a foil lined grill pan and grill for 6-7 minutes on each side until golden.
Grab your desired bun, and add whatever toppings you require
