Try these Easy Flapjacks for National Banana Day

Its National Banana Day on the 18th so we wanted to give you a recipe that wasn’t just protein pancakes 🙂

 

Ingredients

50g Peanut Butter

50g Low Fat Margarine

2 small ripe bananas

300g Oats

60g Protein Powder (I used half peanut nutter, half vanilla)

50g Mixed Fruit

 

Instructions

Melt Margarine and Peanut Butter over a gentle heat. Once melted together remove from the heat & add the mashed banana followed by all other remaining ingredients.

Pack the mixture tightly into a lined baking tin approx. 1 inch thick.

Bake at 180’c for 20 mins or until light golden brown.

Allow to cool before cutting into bars.

I cut it into 15 portions
