WHAT IS HOMEFIT?
HomeFIT is our ultimate home workout plan. A lot of our clients over the years have struggled to get to the gym due to work commitments and family, so we wanted to create a full workout system that you can do completely at home with minimal equipment. HomeFIT is one of the best complete home workout programmes on the market, guaranteed to transform your body and get you results!
The HomeFIT Plan focuses on hitting your full body through 4 different workouts each week for a period of 8 weeks. Every two weeks we change trainers and the plan increases in intensity making the entire plan challenging yet fun.
Our sample meal plans are perfect for you to understand how to map out your nutrition to maximize your results. Choose to follow the meal plans or use our TDEE Calculator to determine your required macronutrients and calories so you can create your own.
The Training is split down into 4 different workouts. Upper Body, Lower Body, Full Body and Core. This protocol enables you to hit every body part each week and maximise your results without the need for a gym membership.

Not at all! The HomeFIT plan has been created so you never need to set foot in a gym during the entire 8 week plan.
The only things you will need is a towel and a resistance band. I would also recommend getting yourself a yoga mat if your floor at home is wood or tiled.
We have sample Vegetarian Meal plans, or you can just use the Meal Plans and swap out your meats for other suitable protein sources.
HomeFIT is suitable for beginners to exercise. Each workout is fully demonstrated and if you struggle with some of the advanced movements we recommend doing a simpler alternative.
