WHAT IS LEANFIT 2.0?
LeanFit is our ultimate fat loss plan, created by Jamie Alderton. After the immense success of his “6 Weeks to Shredded” Plan, Jamie wanted to create a similar plan that is longer and more effective. When people finished the original LeanFIT program there was demand for a follow up plan so then came the idea for LeanFIT 2.0. Jamie has replicated in the plan some of the most up to date advanced training techniques that, although challenging, are a lot of fun to do.
LeanFIT 2.0 focuses on a 4 Day workout plan using Rotational Training techniques. The first rotation is all about finding your numbers, the second week is all about knocking those numbers off the charts!
Our sample meal plans are perfect for you to understand how to map out your nutrition to maximise your results. Choose to follow the meal plans or use our TDEE Calculator to determine your required macronutrients and calories so you can create your own.
The training methods used in the LeanFIT 2.0 program are both challenging and fun. Our main emphasis with our training methods is to help build and maintain strength whilst dropping body fat. To do this we base our exercises around primary compound movements with the latest rotational training techniques and principles.
It is recommended that you have a gym membership as you will be required to use barbells and dumbbells for this program.
We have sample Vegetarian Meal plans, or you can just use the Meal Plans and swap out your meats for other suitable protein sources.
The LeanFIT 2.0 Plan has been created so you do 4 Gym Based Training Sessions per week.
