WHAT IS LEAN FIT?
LeanFit is our signature fat loss plan that is focused on dropping your body fat whilst keeping you strong in the gym. The biggest problem we see in people when it comes to changing their body composition is that they do things that they don’t enjoy doing and lack progression from not having a plan. LeanFIT focuses on rotational training techniques with a variety of compound and isolation exercises that are both challenging and fun.
The LeanFIT program gives you a choice of either 2, 3 or 4 training days per week. This is to ensure that you can fit the gym around your life, not the other way around. The LeanFIT Plan is based around a 12-week rotational structure. Training in one method for a period of two weeks before moving onto the next training protocol. The workouts are suitable for both beginner and intermediate gym enthusiasts.
Our sample meal plans are perfect for you to understand how to map out your nutrition to maximise your results. Choose to follow the meal plans or use our TDEE Calculator to determine your required macronutrients and calories so you can create your own.
The training methods used in the LeanFIT program are both challenging and fun. Our main emphasis with our training methods is to help build and maintain strength whilst dropping body fat. To do this we base our exercises around primary compound movements with the latest rotational training techniques and principles.

It is recommended that you have a gym membership as you will be required to use barbells and dumbbells for this program.
What’s great about LeanFIT is that you work at your own pace and in a weights range based on your level of experience.
We have sample Vegetarian Meal plans, or you can just use the Meal Plans and swap out your meats for other suitable protein sources.
If you are new to the gym you will certainly build muscle and drop body fat with LeanFIT although this plan is geared towards fat loss. Take a look at MassFIT if you are looking to build muscle.
We have three different training plans for LeanFIT which you can choose from. Training can be from 2 days per week up to 4 days per week.
