MassFIT focuses on a Choice of a 4 Day or 6 Day workout plan. Its important when building muscle to make sure you are maximizing your time in the gym which is why we cater for those looking to commit fully with the 6 day plan.
Our sample meal plans are perfect for you to understand how to map out your nutrition to maximise your results. Choose to follow the meal plans or use our TDEE Calculator to determine your required macronutrients and calories so you can create your own.
The training methods used in MassFIT are basic yet extremely effective, prioritising compound movements in the program and making sure that your volumes of weight are increasing every two weeks.

It is recommended that you have a gym membership as you will be required to use barbells and dumbbells for this programme.
MassFIT is catered for both Beginner and Advanced lifters. You work within your own limitations of the plan.
We have sample Vegetarian Meal plans, or you can just use the Meal Plans and swap out your meats for other suitable protein sources.
MassFIT is focused on building muscle but you could also lose if for body recomposition too (Building Muscle and Dropping Bodyfat. This would require you to select the adequate amount of maintenance calories using our TDEE Calculator.
The MassFIT Plan has been created so you have a choice of 4 or 6 Gym Based Training Sessions per week.
