WHAT IS SHAPEFIT?
ShapeFIT is our best ever female fat loss plan. Over the past couple of years, more and more women are seeing the benefits of resistance training exercise and how it creates that beach body everyone is striving for. With ShapeFIT you have everything you need to hit the weights at the gym with confidence and success.
The ShapeFit program is a 4 day gym based workout plan. This is to ensure that you can fit the gym around your life, not the other way around. The ShapeFIT Plan is based around a 12-week rotational structure; training in one method for a period of two weeks before moving onto the next training protocol. The workouts are suitable for both beginner and intermediate gym enthusiasts.
Our sample meal plans are perfect for you to understand how to map out your nutrition to maximize your results. Choose to follow the meal plans or use our TDEE Calculator to determine your required macronutrients and calories so you can create your own.
The training methods used in the ShapeFIT program are both challenging and fun. Our main emphasis with our training methods is to help you shape and tone your body. To do this we base our exercises around primary compound movements with the latest rotational training techniques and principles.

We have sample Vegetarian Meal plans, or you can just use the Meal Plans and swap out your meats for other suitable protein sources.
The ShapeFIT programme is made up of 4 resistance based workouts at the gym per week.
